All or some commands are not responding. What do I do?

If Boomerang fails to respond or error, please try running the command again. If you still encounter it then check the following below:

• Make sure that Boomerang has required permissions.
• Check if the plugin is enabled or not by running /diagnose command.
• Ensure that you have permissions (such as ‘Management Role’ or ‘Administrator Role’ or ‘Discord Moderator/Staff Role’) that is necessary to use the command.
• Boomerang might be unavailable, you can check our status page for more information.

I can’t select channels or roles. What do I do?

We use a feature that is built by Discord. We may have no control over it. However, keep in mind that:

• We don’t support Announcement channels as of now. To resolve this:
  • You can convert channel to a text channel and select the channel, later you can again convert back to an Announcement channel.
• If you don’t find the channel or role you need in the list, use the ‘search’ feature to find the channel or role as Discord tends to show first 25 channels.

I can’t see the “Configure Credentials” option

If you are unable to see the “Configure Credentials” setting option that is because you are not the Discord server owner. Only the Discord server owner is able to configure the PRC API features for security and privacy purposes.
