Boomerang’s Twitter plugin allows you to create a roleplay Twitter channel in your server, where users can communicate about in-game roleplays, announce events in-game, or just scroll through what’s happening. Our Twitter plugin allows you to create accounts, organisations and set a channel where all posts go.

Twitter Configuration

  1. Enable the Twitter plugin by running /config > "Configure Plugins" and then enable the twitter plugin.
  2. Go to the Twitter configuration embed by running /config > "Configure Twitter" and then click on the setting option you’d like to configure.

Twitter Forum ChannelChange the channel where new twitter posts will be created. This setting must be a Forum channel. Learn more here.
Twitter Moderator RolesSelect which roles are able to access the Twitter moderator commands.
  1. The changes you have configured will automatically change without you needing to confirm any changes.

Twitter Commands

CommandDescription
/twitter post createThis command will send your post inside the Twitter channel configured as the account you choose.
/twitter account manageThis command gives you the option to disable a Twitter account and give information about a Twitter account.
/twitter account registerThis command is used to create a Twitter account and send posts. You must run this command before posting/replying/reacting to Twitter posts.
/twitter account verification This command allows you to manage verification for a Twitter account.
/twitter organisation createThis command allows you to create an organisation account linked to a pre-existing user.
/twitter post deleteThis command allows you to delete posts. You must be a Twitter moderator to access this command.
Users must create a Twitter account using /twitter account register. Username fields indicate the Twitter username, not the Discord username.
