Requests
We recommend that you configure this plugin before using the commands. See how to configure the plugin below.
With the requests plugin your staff members can request more staff members to help moderate the server when little to no moderators are online moderating. The staff role you configured via /config is able to run request comamnds.
Request Configuration
- Enable the requests plugin by running
/config > "Configure Plugins"and then enable the requests plugin. - Go to the requests configuration embed by running
/config > "Requests"and then click on the setting option you’d like to configure.

| Request Channel | This is the channel that the moderator requests are going to go to. |
| Request Ping | This the the role that Boomerang will ping when someone runs /mod request. |
| Request Cooldown | The customisable cooldown for the request command that you choose. This is a global cooldown: |
- The changes you have configured will automatically change without you needing to confirm any changes.
Mod Request
You are able to request more moderators using the command /mod request. This command has a cooldown of 30 minutes to prevent mass pinging of staff members, you are unable to change the cooldown. This command will:
- Send a the ping you configured via
/config. - Send a embed saying more staff are needed in the requests channel configured via
/config. - Send a button that redirects to your server’s quick join link for easy server access.
