Boomerang allows you to hear your community’s feedback with ease. With Boomerang, you can configure the staff feedback plugin to allow your community members to rate and leave feedback on your staff members.

Staff Feedback Configuration

  1. Enable the staff feedback plugin by running /config > "Configure Plugins" and then enable the staff feedback plugin.
  2. Go to the staff feedback configuration embed by running /config > "Configure Staff Feedback" and then click on the setting option you’d like to configure.

Feedback ChannelThis is the channel that your staff feedbacks will be sent to.
Toggle MentionThis is the toggle to mention the staff member upon feedback creation.
  1. The changes you have configured will automatically change without you needing to confirm any changes to be able to have feedback written to them.
The staff member must have one of the Staff roles set when configuring Boomerang.

Staff Feedback Commands

Use these commands to view and rate staff members.

/feedback rateThis command is used to rate a staff member. This command will send their rating to the staff feedback channel. They can only rate staff members with the “Staff” role.
/feedback viewThis command is used to view staff feedback of a staff member. You can see basic staff feedback analytics of a staff member such as the average rating, highest rating, lowest rating, and more information.
/feedback voidVoids a staff member’s staff feedback given for them.
